The movers came last week to talk almost all our stuff to storage, painters are coming tomorrow to finish the inside.  The cats are totally freaked out that the house is empty, they are very clingy if we leave the house for even an hour.  We are ready to install the new carpet and put the for sale sign up, but we can't until we get a FREAKING BASEMENT.  Can you tell I'm starting to get frustrated?  It rained a quarter inch yesterday, supposed to have scattered showers Tuesday then the forecast says a week of sun.  I'll believe it when I see it.  I'm starting to hate the weather channel.....

What is this freakish white stuff on the ground, that yet again is preventing us from getting a basement dug.  Patience is wearing very thin.......
