Well we hadn't posted in a while as we didn't want to jinx anything but we have sold the FL house!  Passed inspection and appraisal last week so should be smooth going the rest of the way.  At Bakerville this week they started on the porches and decks and building the mud room.  Still hoping for a mid April completion date.
